President – Steven R. Berman
Steve is the Winner of the National Government Performance Reinvention Award. He also received the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award, the Federal Employee of the Year Award, the Department of the Navy Senior HR Manager Award,   and the All Star Award presented by the International Personnel Management Association. Has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources Management with Air Force, Navy, Department of Defense and Old Dominion University. He is recognized as a dynamic presenter and an expert in Learning Organizations, Strategic Planning, Coaching, Performance Management, EEO and Diversity, Customer Service, and Leader Development. He serves as a consultant in organizational development, training curriculum and program design. Has BA degree in Psychology, Alaska Methodist University, Anchorage, Alaska, and completed graduate studies in MA Clinical Psychology, University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio. Certified Facilitator for Blanchard, DDI and Achieve Global Training Programs. Licensed by Consulting Psychologists Press on Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Certified in the Leadership Effectiveness Inventory (LEI); and Graduate Certified Instructor in the College of William and Mary Leadership Ropes Course.

Gregg Elliott represented management before arbitrators, federal mediators, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Merit Systems Protection Board, and the Federal Labor Relations Authority. Served as Director of Labor and Employee Relations within the NAVAIR and Military Sealift Commands, and as a Facilitator for federal labor negotiations. Negotiated both federal and private sector labor agreements, and has experience as an EEO Investigator and Deputy EEO Officer. Directed a NAVSEA Human Resources Office, and performed as a Director of Training. Has experience teaching DoN Master Instructor School students. After retiring from federal service, he has served as a BERKANA Instructor, teaching a variety of Human Resources and EEO subjects to federal employees, supervisors and managers. Has BS in Business Administration, Old Dominion University.
Amy Stone provided consulting/training and transactional Human Capital (HC) advice, assistance, and transactional services in the areas of leadership, supervisory/ managerial development, organizational design, and human resources (HR). Ms. Stone is a trained and highly experienced trainer and facilitator. Her teaching experience includes teaching classification, staffing, employee and labor relations, performance management, HR processing, business and technical writing, supervisory development, awards and recognition, leadership, organizational development, HC management, and workforce planning to over 30 different federal agencies. Her federal clients have included the Chemical Safety Board, Commodities and Futures Trading Commission, National Transportation Safety Board, Office of Personnel Management, and the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as the U.S. Departments of Defense, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Housing and Urban Development, Interior, Navy, and Transportation. In addition, Ms. Stone worked in the capacity of an Adjunct Faculty member and taught classes at Catholic University of America, Keller Graduate School, and Strayer University. She has taught both online and onsite courses. She has a Masters of Public Administration and Bachelors of Science, both from Central Michigan University.
